Ice Rentals for Groups

The Edina Curling Club makes its ice available for group rental in two-hour blocks on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. There is also ice available for small groups (up to 20) on Wednesday evenings. Each session includes all necessary equipment, on-ice instruction by experienced curlers and time to play an actual game. Food and beverage may be brought in or catered in.
Cost of a two-hour rental is based on the projected group size. Ice rental fees start at $300.00 for up to 10 people. The cost for 11-15 people is $450.00; 16-20 people is $600.00, etc., with a maximum of $1500.00 for up to 50 people. Payment in advance is required to guarantee a reservation. Please read our Cancellation Policy below before booking an event.
Rentals are available from November 20 until the curling season ends on March 12, 2008. The club will be closed for the holidays December 25-26 and January 1-2. Contact the rental coordinator at rentals@edinacurlingclub.org for specific availability.
Cancellation Policy
Fourteen or more days in advance: Cancel for full refund or revise
projected group size for ice rental fee adjustment.
Within fourteen days of event: No refunds or downward adjustments.
